Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Mission, KS is seeking a results-driven Salon Manager to lead daily operations, train staff, and drive exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You\'ll supervise scheduling, staffing, and performance, while meeting and exceeding sales goals through coaching and a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere. This role requires reliable transportation, evenings and weekend availability, and a commitment to a positive guest experience.

• One or more years of management and leadership experience, or equivalent.

• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
• Manage all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention.
