Palm Beach Tan - Old Trinity Management Company is seeking a dynamic leader to represent our brand and drive customer service excellence in our Muskogee salon. You’ll supervise daily operations, coach a team, and contribute to achieving sales targets while delivering premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven customer experience.
• 1+ years of management/leadership experience.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills and result-oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, upbeat, positive customer service.
• Consult with and educate customers on premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services.
• Meet, exceed, and consistently track daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals individually and as a team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
• Manage all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention.
