Palm Beach Tan - Old Trinity Management Company in Duncan, OK is seeking an outgoing leader to represent our brand and support customers while driving sales and salon operations.

You’ll train staff, manage daily tasks, and hire/retain team members in a vibrant environment that offers advancement, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven customer service experience.
• 1+ years of management/leadership experience or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, upbeat, positive customer service.
• Consult with and educate customers on skincare, tanning, and wellness services.
• Meet, exceed, and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day salon operations including labor, hiring, development, and retention.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Proven customer experience
• One or more years of management and leadership experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
• Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals individually and as a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and organization
