As a Store Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store while delivering top-notch customer service. You'll be responsible for managing daily operations, leading a team, and driving sales. Responsibilities:

• Leadership:Oversee store operations, manage staff, and create a positive work environment.
• Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Sales:Drive sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
• Operations:Manage inventory, schedule staff, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Training and Development:Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $850+ per week depending on experience

Bonus after 120 days - $300
