We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to join The Fitness Superstore team!

Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Store Manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating the retail sales team activities. This role requires full ownership of the store's performance, reflecting on your leadership and income. You will run the store with pride and precision, like it’s your own business.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise retail sales team
• Hire, train, and manage staff
• Create staff schedules
• Maintain store presentation
• Train and evaluate employees
• Manage inventory and pricing discrepancies
• Perform daily clerical tasks
• Assist customers and achieve sales goals
• Track business trends and results for forecasting
• Resolve customer complaints escalations

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail, customer service, or related fields
• Proven leadership in retail environment
• Self-motivated with initiative
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
