As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for the successful operation of a retail store.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • One or more years of leadership experience (preferred).
  • Two or more years of experience in a retail environment (required).
  • Valid driver’s license (required).
JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Develop weekly goals for key performance indicators.
  • Manage employees and adhere to company policies.
  • Ensure all hours of operation are covered, including recruiting and retention.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Maintain store cleanliness.
  • Provide excellent customer service to foster a friendly environment.
  • Manage store financials.
  • Collaborate with district managers and other store managers to share best practices.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, with ongoing development opportunities.
