Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Ohio LLC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales in Cleveland, OH. You will manage daily operations, train staff, and ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming shopping environment for customers.

The role emphasizes building relationships with the community and implementing corporate directives while maintaining strong asset protection and profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (55 lbs. occasional) and frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Provide every customer with a positive and enjoyable shopping experience

Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

• Retail management experience is preferred
• Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
