Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Ohio LLC in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and maximize profitability. You will manage staff, train associates, and ensure a positive customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
