Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC in Nixon, TX is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, supervise associates, and drive sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.

You will train and develop team members, safeguard assets, and build community partnerships, with a focus on compliance and profitable store performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required.
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
