Job summary

5.11 is seeking a Retail Store Manager for the Mall of America location to lead daily store operations and drive performance. You will guide your team to meet ambitious goals, exceed customer expectations, and uphold the brand's high standards.

The role emphasizes coaching staff, maintaining inventory and visual presentation, and analyzing metrics to achieve store targets in a fast-paced outdoor/fitness gear environment.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced retail leader with at least 3 years of supervisory experience, focused on driving sales, developing talent, and motivating teams to perform at a high level.
• Skilled in coaching and developing others, managing operations, and maintaining visual and inventory standards.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a focus on results and execution.

• Passion for tactical, outdoor, or fitness gear.

Pay Range: $26.00-$33.00 per hour plus bonus!
