Job description

Job Title: Store Manager

Summary: The Store Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining guest services, overseeing and being accountable for store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, human resources management, and managing operational costs.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all store operations
• Supervise, train, coach, and develop store personnel (Supervisors and Associates)
• Build and maintain business relationships to facilitate organizational profitability
• Assist Human Resources in the recruitment process
• Identify and analyze current and future consumer, business, and travel trends, and advise accordingly
• Ensure the availability of merchandise and services using inventory systems
• Maintain and implement loss prevention policies
• Adhere to applicable local, state, and federal regulations
• Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs, policies, and procedures
• Contribute to a team environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Three to four years of progressive retail management experience
• Experience managing multiple locations is a plus
• Must have experience managing 30+ employees
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills (e.g., active listening, verbal communication, assertiveness)
• Bi-lingual skills preferred but not required (Arabic, Chinese, French, Italian, Korean, Japanese, Russian, Portuguese, Turkish)
