Job summary

Goodwill Mid Michigan in Bad Axe, MI is seeking a dedicated Retail Store Manager to lead our BAD AXE store at 780 N. Van Dyke. This full-time role oversees daily operations, staff, donations, pricing, and donor relations to meet monthly and yearly goals.

Salary is $55,000 per year with monthly bonus potential; benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, holidays, and retirement plan. The ideal candidate has proven leadership, retail or production experience, and a valid driver's license.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Must have telephone access
• Must have access to a vehicle anda valid Michigan driver's license.

• Ability to push, pull and operate a pallet jack.
