Responsibilities
- Build loyalty and long-term relationships with customers
- Consult professionally and enthusiastically with clients
- Manage daily salon operations including labor, staffing, and retention
- Meet sales quotas daily, weekly, and monthly
- Increase customer traffic via local marketing
- Maintain client billing records and track delinquent accounts
- Keep the salon clean and organized
- Handle opening and closing procedures
- Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Management experience or equivalent education/experience
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends
- Friendly, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Polished professional appearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for 8 hours
