Pay Range: $19.00 to $29.15 per hour

This role is ideal for external retail assistant managers and store managers interested in fast-tracking into a Store Management position. A minimum of 1 year retail management experience is required.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Store Manager Trainee with at least six months of management experience. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, leading and developing staff, recruiting, maximizing financial goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves analyzing financial statements, asset protection, and promoting business growth. Compensation includes hourly wages, commissions, and performance bonuses.
