We are seeking a Retail Store Management Trainee to join our team! This role offers $17.00 to $21.00 per hour. It is designed for external retail assistant managers and store managers interested in fast-tracking into management, requiring at least 1 year of retail management experience. Our associates can earn up to 8% commission on transactions, averaging an additional $3.67 per hour on top of the base pay.
The Store Manager Trainee will have at least 6 months of management experience and will be responsible for daily store operations, team leadership, recruitment, financial goals, and customer satisfaction. This position involves analyzing financial statements, asset protection, and promoting a customer-centric environment. Compensation includes hourly wages, commissions, and performance bonuses.
Bilingual applicants are encouraged. The commission plan can yield 2-8% based on gross profit, details provided during interview. All employees must agree to arbitration.
