$18.50 to $26.48 per hour

This role is designed for external retail assistant managers and store managers interested in “fast-tracking” into a Store Management position. This role requires a minimum of 1 year retail management experience.

Position Summary

Seeking a Store Manager Trainee with at least 6 months of management experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team development, financial goals, customer relations, and promoting a customer-centric environment. Offers hourly wage plus commission and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • Engage customers and address issues professionally.
  • Train and develop staff, recruit top talent.
  • Open/close store, manage assets, inventory, and safety.
  • Analyze financial statements, drive profitability.
  • Ensure operational standards are met.
  • Monitor loan and buying processes.
  • Perform self-development tasks.
  • Communicate store mission and goals.
  • Act as manager in absence of Store Manager.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
  • Lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand, walk, climb, push, pull for extended periods.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Ability to work with firearms and get certified.
  • Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Work 45+ hours/week, depending on business needs.
  • Computer skills and cash handling experience.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and independent working skills.

Commission Plan

Potential to earn 2-8% commission based on personal gross profit, details provided during interview.
