$18.50 to $26.48 per hour

This role is designed for external retail assistant managers and store managers interested in “fast-tracking” into a Store Management position. This role requires a minimum of 1 year retail management experience.

Position Summary

Seeking a Store Manager Trainee with at least six months of management experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team development, recruiting, financial goals, and customer satisfaction. Offers hourly wages plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities
  • Engage customers and address issues promptly.
  • Train and develop staff.
  • Recruit top talent.
  • Manage store opening/closing procedures.
  • Ensure asset protection and inventory control.
  • Handle store operations, including merchandising and reporting.
  • Analyze financial statements and drive profitability.
  • Maintain operational standards.
  • Monitor loan and buying processes.
  • Participate in self-development training.
  • Communicate store goals and standards clearly.
  • Act as manager on duty in absence of Store Manager.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
  • Lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Effective supervision skills.
  • Ability to work with firearms and become certified.
  • Minimum age 18, High School Diploma or GED.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Work 45+ hours weekly.
  • Computer literacy and POS system operation skills.
  • Multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Bilingual applicants encouraged.
Commission Plan

Potential to earn 2-8% commission based on gross profit, details provided during interview.
