This role is designed for external retail assistant managers and store managers interested in "fast-tracking" into a Store Management position. This role requires a minimum of 1 year retail management experience.

Position Summary:

Seeking a Store Manager Trainee with at least 6 months of store management experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team development, financial management, and customer satisfaction. Offers hourly pay plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities include:
