A leading retail tanning company is seeking an energetic leader who can develop sales teams and enhance customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for recruiting staff, training them to achieve sales goals, and ensuring store operations meet financial objectives. Qualifications

• 1 year supervisory experience in a retail or customer service environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time for 7+ hours.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, and orient employees for the store.
• Train, motivate, and mentor sales staff to meet performance goals.
• Monitor and manage financial objectives including costs and sales.
