Starting wage is $29.50 per hour, with an estimated first-year earnings range of $79,000 to $100,000 including salary and bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel to achieve results.
• Oversees store operations, scheduling, and adherence to standards.
