Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment and procedures.
• Ability to supervise and manage store operations and reporting.
• Proficiency with computers including reports, inventory, and cash control.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train store staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Plan tasks and maintain a clean, stocked site per company standards.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to optimize service.
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Conduct performance appraisals and coach staff.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company policies.
• Analyze daily sales and assist in budgeting and profit maximization.
