Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use a computer, analyze reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training and motivation.
• Build positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Ensure timely communication to all staff and establish regular meetings.
• Organize site files and manuals and ensure reports are completed on time.
• Supervise merchandise display, pricing and stock levels.
