Job summary

Circle K is seeking an Assistant Manager at Store 2723897 in Thomasville, GA. You will assist the Store Manager with overseeing station operations, hiring and supervising staff, bookkeeping and merchandising, while maintaining high standards and delivering fast, friendly service to customers.

The role requires strong leadership, recruiting and training abilities, plus experience in retail and food handling.

Qualifications

Retail or management experience preferred.
Supervisor or management experience beneficial.
Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills beneficial.
Experience handling food is a plus.
High School/College Degree(s) required or preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
Help with hiring, supervising and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
