Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• English communication skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff to maximize service and maintain store image.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and maintain site standards.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards.
• Organize and maintain all store files, manuals and reports.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
