Job summary

The Manager in Training (MIT) role is a transitional path designed to prepare you for promotion into Retail Store Management, with hands-on assignments and structured learning over 8-12 weeks.

You'll develop leadership, customer service, and operational expertise, progressing based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Flexible full-time schedule.
• Experience analyzing Profit & Loss statements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a store team to deliver WOW customer service.
• Assist with staffing and training of employees.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising and compliance.
• Contribute to monthly P&L reviews to optimize profitability.
