Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) in Lake City, GA to develop leadership, deliver WOW customer service, and master store operations under the Store Manager. This transitional role focuses on hands-on learning, customer service excellence, and operational expertise, preparing you for promotion into Retail Store Management.

Progression to management is based on performance and availability within 8–12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year: 1-2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Flexible schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly P&L statements to optimize profitability.
