• Assist Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Lead in the Store Manager’s absence and guide staff as needed.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department standards and update the manager on trends.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and promote services and merchandise.
