Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

• Self-starter with initiative and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and daily store operations.
• Develop action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, and scheduling.
• Lead store in Store Manager’s absence and supervise staff.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain inventory movement updates and respond to customer trends.
• Uphold customer service standards and policies.
• Perform general administrative duties and support Store Manager’s duties.
