Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to ensure sales goals and customer experience standards are met.
• Supervise and support store associates in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of store staff, and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Ensure compliance with Citi Trends policies and loss prevention standards; execute merchandising and visual standards.
