Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Houston (Willowbrook Mall) is seeking a Supervisor to lead a busy store team and model exceptional service.

You will coach associates on sales techniques, product knowledge, and policy compliance, while resolving customer concerns in partnership with the store manager. You will participate in training for new hires, help drive engagement and retention, and oversee cash handling and replenishment activities to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience and proven skills in supervising, coaching and training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a high energy store experience and coach associates on sales training.
• Proactively resolve consumer concerns in line with policy and store leadership.
• Train and onboard new hires on LS&CO culture, product knowledge and loss prevention.
• Partner with store management to set expectations and drive engagement and retention.
• Deliver performance feedback in collaboration with store management.
• Manage cash handling and merchandising operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Supervise the store team in the absence of other managers and support sales goals.
