Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona seeks a Store Manager to lead daily sales floor operations and drive performance across in-store activities. You will oversee customer service to donors and shoppers, manage inventory, donations, and staff development while ensuring adherence to company standards.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail management and 1 year in customer service, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and English. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies the position.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management is required.
• One-year customer service experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily operations of the sales floor at a Retail Store.
• Develops and executes retail operations plans to hit income and revenue targets.
• Monitors inventory, payroll and operating costs to budget.
• Delivers excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Trains and develops store team members and acts as key holder when needed.
• Travel to other GCNA locations as required.
