Job summary

You will assist with merchandising, onboarding, and ensuring safety and compliance, while maintaining cash handling and loss prevention processes.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior store management experience in retail or grocery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties of the role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Team-oriented, energetic, and able to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas of the store.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional displays and store fixtures for effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll and cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
