SNIPES is looking for a Head Manager at our Saugus, MA store to lead daily store operations and drive sales performance. You will manage staff, oversee schedules, visual merchandising, payroll, and guest experience while upholding brand standards.

This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay of $25.78–$28.99. Collaborate with District Manager and HR on associate relations and development needs, leading meetings to share best practices and drive improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2+ years of previous experience as a retail manager.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus but not required.
• Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong drive to achieve results and initiative.
• Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time.
• Lifting between 15-30 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Communicate the store's operational goals and directives to maximize the team’s contributions toward meeting the sales plan.
• Complete schedules, operational tasks, visual merchandising and follow processes within timelines.
• Ensure the payroll budget is met without compromising customers’ expectations.
• Partner with District Manager and HR on associate relations issues as needed.
• Lead store meetings and coaching to foster innovation and performance.
• Identify development needs of individuals and teams and train accordingly.
• Recognize and address poor performance with constructive feedback and succession planning.
