Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties and responsibilities described below.
• Ability to supervise and train for use of equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from meetings.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service and site standards.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well presented.
• Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and customers, resolving complaints professionally.
• Provide timely performance feedback and supervise training on safety procedures and company procedures.
• Communicate effectively with staff; organize meetings and ensure timely communication across the team.
• Organize and maintain site files, ensure merchandise is displayed and priced correctly, and posters/signs are accessible.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits; budget and forecast P&L lines and margins.
