Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience: minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service preferred.
• Prior management experience (1+ year) preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Effective communication with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• 30% Brand: supervise and support associates to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive sales/KPIs.
• 30% People: train, develop and recruit to build a strong team and coach on performance.
• 30% Operations: ensure execution of company processes, including Omni-channel fulfillment.
• 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: maintain a safe store environment and protect assets; follow policies.
