The role requires supervisory responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence and a commitment to training staff and maintaining performance standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Retail experience, preferably footwear/athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage a team and meet goals.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in controlling the store assets.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assumes responsibility of the entire store in the Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments as needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability in all departments.
• Direct staff to ensure each department’s responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure extraordinary customer service per the customer service manual.
