Responsibilities include driving sales, managing inventory, and implementing local marketing while ensuring compliance with policies and safety regulations. 18+ years old, strong leadership, and flexibility required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar, with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong leadership with communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
• Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
