You will lead day-to-day operations of a fast-paced store, ensuring service, performance, and a positive culture. Minimum 2 years of retail leadership, proven ability to develop talent, and strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide effective feedback and mentorship.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsabilités

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop Associates; mentor and role-model a positive environment for both staff and customers.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; participate in succession planning.
