Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Midlothian, VA to lead one of the country’s fastest-growing omni-channel furniture retailers. As the senior leader of the store, you’ll coach on the floor, drive sales, and maintain a visually compelling showroom while delivering customer satisfaction that reflects The Bob’s Way.

This full-time, in-store leadership role requires weekend, evening, and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leadership.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding financial targets.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s.
