Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/ASM roles.
• Proficiency with computer-based reports, inventory, cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• English language proficiency required.
• Willing to perform additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Plan tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well presented per standards.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service.
• Supervise and motivate staff, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Monitor daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Maintain orderly store files and reports.
