Job summary

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.

• Supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions and use computer for reports/inventory/cash control.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Perform financial analyses to maximize sales and profits.
• Ensure safety procedures and proper posters/signs are in place.
