• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and achieving store goals.
• Assist in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling to accomplish departmental responsibilities.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments when necessary.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability across departments.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep the Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain high-quality customer service per the customer service manual and assist customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by Hibbett I City Gear.
• Follow all company policies and procedures as listed in manuals and memos.
• Ensure internal controls are accurate and effective, and inform management as needed.
