Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred in footwear and apparel.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Take responsibility in the Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Aware of inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities are completed.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure quality customer service is maintained.
• Perform general administrative duties and learn Store Manager’s responsibilities.
• Produce extraordinary customer service highlighted in the customer service manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Uphold policies and standards per manuals.
• Protect assets and financial information by ensuring internal controls and reporting risk.
