Job summary

SupportFinity™ is hiring a Manager in Training (MIT) to assist with retail store operations while preparing for future leadership opportunities. This hands-on role focuses on gaining experience in tire and automotive service sales, customer engagement, and operational excellence.

The selected candidate will support daily operations, lead teammates, and engage with customers to drive sales. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and strong communication skills. Pay range is $18.38 - $27.62.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Interest in retail management and willingness to complete required training.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations including inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
• Learn to lead and coach teammates, assist with scheduling, and contribute to team development.
• Engage with customers to drive sales and ensure satisfaction.
