Qualifications

• 18 years of age minimum.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in retail or customer-facing environments.
• Desire to advance into a Store Manager role within 6–12 months.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a retail team to achieve goals.
• Learn and execute Belle Tire's 6-Step Sales Process.
• Assist in store operations, including staffing and inventory management.
• Participate in P&L management and analyze financial reports.
