Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports and leads store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and makes recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel and advancement decisions as appropriate.
• Ensures policy compliance and safety within the store.
• Leads and develops the team to achieve KPI goals and budgets.
