Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff for CSR/ASM duties.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and reports.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train staff to ensure customer service.
• Organize tasks to keep site clean and stocked per standards.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service.
• Hire/train without discrimination and maintain professionalism.
• Develop supplier relationships and ensure timely deliveries.
• Promote and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Train staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Maintain site files and ensure reports are completed accurately.
• Manage merchandise display and pricing to standard.
• Ensure employment posters/signs are accessible to all staff.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and net margins.
• Budget and forecast P&L lines and monitor margins.
• Safeguard cash handling and financial reporting.
