You’ll develop skills in people leadership, customer service, merchandising, and store financials while advancing your career with a company that invests in you. This transitional role requires open availability, strong communication, and a hands-on leadership approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in retail or foodservice.
• Food Handlers Permit as required by local regulations.
• Legal age to stock and sell regulated products.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile and top-tier service.
• Lead and develop store staff through hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling.
• Monitor store financials, sales, and cash/inventory handling.
• Oversee product ordering, delivery reconciliation, and inventory levels.
• Drive sales through effective foodservice and merchandising management.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements (alcohol, tobacco, lottery, etc.).
• Participate in leadership meetings and hold effective team huddles.
• Uphold Jacksons standards, policies, and procedures.
