Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Manager in Training in Normal, IL to lead store operations and develop a high-performing team. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, staffing, inventory control, and daily financial oversight.

As part of the Midwest BU, you will train to manage scheduling, supervisor duties and vendor relationships, while upholding Circle K standards and safety protocols. The position is full-time and based on-site in Normal.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties and responsibilities described.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive employees and ensure excellent customer service.
• Plan, assign and supervise tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and compliant with standards.
• Schedule employees within company guidelines to maximize service and site image.
• Develop professional relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Train staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Organize site files and reports and ensure accurate completion of required documentation.
