Job summary

Hibbett Retail, Inc. is seeking a Manager in Training to assist the Store Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks in Augusta.

This role covers multiple departments, promoting sales and delivering outstanding customer service to build long-term customer relationships. The Manager in Training will gain experience across merchandising, restocking, scheduling, and staff guidance, while acting as the store lead in the Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably footwear/athletic apparel.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to assist in leading a team and achieving store goals.

Responsibilities
